Title: Document Services Operator

Location: London Liverpool St/Fenchurch St

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 12:00am

Salary: Competitive

Ryder Reid Legal is looking for an experienced Document Production professional to join the Document Services team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.

The ideal candidate would be a proactive team player with excellent communication abilities. In this role, you'll expertly revise, format, and cross-reference documents, convert files to various formats, and create professional presentations and charts. You'll also provide technical support and ensure all work adheres to our clients' best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revise and format documents
  • Convert files to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Create Tables of Contents, mail merges, and e-closing binders
  • Modify PDFs and create forms in Adobe Acrobat
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and Visio charts

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in a legal or financial services organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
