Are you a native Italian speaker with previous secretarial experience within the legal sector in the Italian market? We have an excellent opportunity for you in central London as a Legal Secretary at a prestigious firm. You will provide a wide range of comprehensive legal administrative support to a team of lawyers. This permanent vacancy offers you a friendly working dynamic and excellent training whilst evolving within a fast-paced legal environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Formatting and electronically filing legal documents.
- Liaising with clients and opening new matters.
- Creating reports, billing clients and internal compliance.
- General administrative support for the team of six lawyers and the office more generally.
About you:
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to manage and prioritise workloads. Previous legal experience would be desirable. The successful applicant must be a "go-getter" who is flexible and happy going into the office 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Italian and English.
- Legal Assistant or Secretarial background with excellent admin and typing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Powerpoint).
- Excellent organisation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A team player who is keen to learn!
