We are working with a reputable law in London who are seeking a Junior Legal Assistant (IP) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

For this role, it would be ideal if you have previous experience working as a Legal Administrator, or if you have experience working as Administrator within a professional services environment and are keen to transfer your experience into a legal IP setting. You will need a good educational background for this role and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Within this role, you will carry out a varied range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring inboxes, acknowledging, and responding to emails.
  • Handling client queries, providing them with updates on their cases.
  • Producing / amending IP legal documents.
  • Raising new cases on the system, keeping these updated at each stage.
  • Acknowledging significant deadlines, noting these and ensuring they are met.
  • Liaising with intellectual property offices.
