Job Title: Junior Legal Secretary (Corporate and Litigation)

Location: London (St Paul's)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in 2 WFH)

Salary: Negotiable

Role Overview: They are seeking highly experienced Legal Secretaries to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a busy law firm and possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, working at the Partner level, corporate experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing phone calls.
  • Handling email enquiries efficiently.
  • Managing and organising diaries.
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
