Junior Legal Secretary
A very fast growing and reputable Law firm based in the City seek a number of Junior Legal Secretaries to join them! They currently have roles in various practice groups and are looking to speak to candidates from entry level to a few years of experience.
The salary for the roles vary from 28k to 38k dependant on level of experience, and the firm have a good hybrid working policy of 3 days in and 2 from home. They are notoriuosly known for progressing Junior Secretaries into established PA roles very quickly- these really are roles not to be missed!
Requirements: Either a Cilex qualification or prior legal secretarial experience.
The role:
Supporting Associates and Partners you will be required to:
- Manage diaries
- Book global travel
- Assist in preparing pitches and presentations
- Billing for the team
- Produce accurate documents
- Respond to emails
- Open/close matter files
- Take calls for the team
- Keep client contact lists up to date
- Assist in preperation of events
- Help to setup confrence and video calls
- Assist with general administration
