We are working with a prestigious London law firm who are looking to for a Legal Administrator to join their busy corporate department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright administrator to join a market leading department that is best known for providing high quality advice to private and commercial clients.

The incoming candidate would be expected to provide administrative support to the paralegal team, partners, and fee earners with their matters as well as taking a proactive role in contributing to the running of the busy department.

Key elements of the role:

  • Diarise critical dates as instructed by partners and fee earners
  • New matter openings
  • Printing, copying and scanning
  • File review and administration
  • Typing various correspondence by copy (and/or audio)

To be considered for this role you must have strong GCSE grades and previous experience administrative within a professional services environment. You must also be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic.
