A leading court reporting and transcription business require a temporary administrator to join their small friendly team ASAP, to assist with their passion in delivering exceptional service to their clients.

The role:

  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Daily liaising with clients keeping them updated via e-mail and telephone
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Data entry and keeping spreadsheets updated
  • Log and process audio recordings (including listening)
  • Updating and uploading files into the company work-flow system
  • Assist with setting up equipment in court when required
  • Adhoc admin support for the team when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1 year's office experience
  • Previous experience within a legal office environment desirable not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoying working to tight deadlines
