Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Legal EA to join the Employment team on an initial 12-month fixed term basis starting in January 2025.

The Legal EA will provide high-level support to the Head of Employment and to one or two other senior partners.

Legal EA Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to meeting etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
  • Undertake large and small copying requests and bind and finish copied work as appropriate
  • Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the firm's specific systems/procedures
  • Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs
  • Proofreading and checking documents to ensure they are correct, in line with house style 
  • Undertake all file closing procedures and process archive retrieval requests
  • Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
  • Assisting with the Billing and Credit Control process
  • Communicate and liaise with Lawyers and Legal Assistants on file management issues

Legal EA Key Skills & Requirements

  • Previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Typing skills
