Legal Executive Assistant

US law firm based in beautiful offices is hiring a new Legal Executive Assistant to support two Corporate Partners, this role will be a full EA role, with this firm being based in the West End.

Requirements of the Legal Executive Assistant:

  • At least three years of prior work experience as an assistant supporting a legal Corporate (or similar) team
  • Complex diary management experience
  • Experience and enjoyment of working with legal documents
  • Experience working with billing
  • Strong MS Office and IT skills
  • Exemplary organisational skills
