Executive Assistant - City - £54,000

Hybrid working, 09:00-17:30

Wise May are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client, a leading international law firm based in the City.

Duties to include:

  • Type revise and finalize Word documents, including correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, reports and other legal and non-legal related items for the firm’s practice and administrative areas
  • Create and/or revise Adobe, Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence and documents, which accurately reflect fee-earner instructions
  • Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting and make appropriate corrections
  • Partner diary management which involves working across different time zones
  • Coordination and booking of travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Processing of expenses
  • Billing and invoicing of clients
  • Assisting fee-earners with time recording, proactively prompting and using sound judgement, where necessary

Skills:

  • Minimum of three years’ word processing experience in the Legal industry
  • Possess a high level of technical competency using various software packages
  • Ability to multitask while supporting multiple Fee Earners
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Build and foster positive relationships across the department and firm
  • Work with all other employees to assist in achieving the Firm’s goals
