The Firm

I'm currently working closely with a prestigious US law firm in London, who are seeking a Legal Recruitment Assistant on a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities

Serving as the point of contact for new joiners and arranging inductions for all new attorney joiners.

Coordinating interviews, including liaising with partners, secretaries, and recruiting agencies, arranging Zoom links/room bookings, sending reminders, greeting candidates, and collecting interview feedback.

Maintaining internal Practice Group Charts with updates on leavers/joiners/transfers.

Producing monthly recruitment reports for international offices.

Collaborating on pre-screening/background/DBS and conflicts checks.

Supporting graduate recruiting, including attending law fairs and events.

Handling expense and invoice processing for the team.

What do you need?

Proven experience in recruiting within a law firm or professional services industry.

Familiarity with the legal qualification process is beneficial.

Familiar with the legal education and professional systems across EMEA.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
