Are you an experienced Office Manager or Legal Secretary looking for a dynamic role in a boutique law firm? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee office management while providing essential secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
The Role:
This is a varied position that will see you involved in all aspects of office management while assisting with legal administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Providing PA and secretarial support to fee earners, including document preparation, diary management, and correspondence.
- Liaising with suppliers, handling office facilities, and ensuring a well-maintained working environment.
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the firm, handling calls and client interactions professionally.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Legal Secretary role within a law firm.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Must be happy working full-time in the office.
