Job Title: Legal Secretary /  Team Assistant

Salary: £35,000

Location: Central London

Expanding London law firm are looking for a team assistant to provide support to fee-earners with a broad range of administration duties. Only a few months previous administration experience in an office is required.

The day to day of the role will involve a broad range of secretarial and PA duties including typing correspondence and creating documents, planning diaries, organising meetings and lunches, booking travel arrangement, administration and other duties.

It is essential that you have strong IT and organisational skills, but more importantly a positive and proactive attitude. This would be an excellent opportunity for either a graduate with some administration experience or even someone working locally in office support wanting to break into the city. A warm and friendly environment who have a history of mentoring their staff.
