A super friendly US Law Firm a short walk from Liverpool St station are seeking a Legal Secretary to support a manageable Partner level allocation in their Arbitration law team!

Known for their staff retention, this firm has a lovely, close knit team of secretaries!

Salary: c£50,000

Hybrid: 3:2

Benefits: 25 days holiday, Discretionary bonus scheme, staff restaurant

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Filing and document management
  • Email management
  • Travel coordination and detailed itineraries
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence and documents
  • Producing complex PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
  • Assisting fee-earners with time recording
