We are seeking an experienced Resolution Legal Secretary to support our clients busy department based in central London (in office Monday to Friday) working in a friendly, collaborative workplace.

This law firm is established, they have 2 successful offices, and are in the Top Tier 500.

Duties

  • Diary management with minimal supervision
  • Basic research, including researching new clients / contacts and preparations before meetings
  • Typing / formatting various documents
  • Preparing bills
  • Preparing AML documentation, obtaining relevant documentation, carrying out conflict searches
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge and a strong understanding of Fee Earners’ matters
  • Helping with training sessions for the team when requested

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong experience within a law firm with Disputes / Litigation
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Can-do collaborative attitude / a team player
