The FirmOur client, a renowned multiservice law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to join the team in their expanding Hammersmith office.
The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners within a busy Family team. Duties to include:
- Typing from digital dictation and copy typing
- Electronic filing
- Dealing with telephone calls and clients visiting the office
- Keeping appointment diaries for Fee Earners
- Dealing with compliance, including any variations or amendments
- Dealing with fee notes and/or matters relating to outstanding invoices
This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm
Requirements
- Previous Legal Secretary experience within a law firm (essential)
- Previous Family law experience (desirable)
