Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy law firm and possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, working at the Partner level, any previous area of law is welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and managing phone calls.

Document

Handling email enquiries efficiently.

Managing and organising diaries.

Drafting and preparing correspondence.

Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.

Organising and scheduling client meetings.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in a busy law firm.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
