Legal Secretary

Nouvo recruitment are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their client’s successful law firm based in North - West London.

Responsibilities:

Receiving post and scanning onto our systems.Answering the telephone.Corresponding via email.Opening files.Preparing client care documentation.Ordering searches (search packs and pre-exchange searches i.e. OS1s, bankruptcy searches, Lawyer Checker).Updating/chasing agents.Dealing with post completion matters i.e. AP1s, SDLTs.Dealing with exchange/completion letters.Closing files.Ideal Candidate:2+ years’ experience within a legal secretary role is essential.Conveyancing background is preferred.Fully proficient with Microsoft applications and have experience of audio typing (preferably legal) and handling client enquiries.Excellent communication skills.
