The Firm
Our client, a well-established law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Central London office.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will be enthusiastic, highly organised and detail-oriented. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to their highly successful and busy litigation team. Duties to include:

  • Audio typing
  • Opening/closing and archiving files
  • Preparing, maintaining and organising legal files and documents
  • Photocopying, scanning, and dealing with post
  • Managing diaries, scheduling and diarising deadlines
  • Conducting legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Physical and electronic bundling
  • Billing

This Legal Secretary position is a full time, office based role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

Requirements

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience within a law firm (essential)
  • Previous Litigation experience (desirable)
