We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to provide exceptional secretarial and PA services to at least four senior lawyers. This role requires someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be friendly, intelligent, and a strong team player, committed to delivering high-quality support within our legal team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle general correspondence including typing documents, letters, emails, deeds, client invoices, and leases.
- Maintain and update internal document management and filing systems accurately and timely.
- Perform scanning, copying, and redacting of documents as required.
- Manage and organise diaries, calendars, and contacts; review and forward internal and external mail.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Prepare documentation for client signatures, proofread, and amend documents to ensure accuracy.
- Provide cover for the secretarial team as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when liaising with clients and other parties at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to produce accurate and well-presented documents.
