The FirmOur client, a well established law firm based in Victoria are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their growing team.
The OpportunityThe successful Legal Secretary will work closely with the Partners in relation to the firm's administrative functions. Duties to include:
- Responsible for front of house and telephone cover
- Liaising with clients and contacts by telephone and in writing
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery
- Photocopying and filing
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring the firm's calendars are kept up to date
- Acting as the first point of contact in relation to any IT queries
- Assisting with the firm's HR and financial procedures
This Legal Secretary role is a full time, permanent office based role, working Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Requirements
- At least 6 months administration experience within a professional services environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Good numerical and communications skills, both verbal and written
