Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a transition into Property with the opportunity to work remotely for 2-3 days weekly? Established Property/Building Consultancy firm in the heart of the City are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary/Team PA to join their growing London office. You will provide Team secretarial support to the Partner who has a successful career history within the commercial property sector along with supporting 7 experienced Fee Earners. The culture is inclusive, friendly, sociable very encouraging of staff. You will work alongside an experienced team of PAs from offices based in Leeds, Chester and Birmingham offices and will therefore receive fantastic training and mentorship. The ideal candidate will previously have had experience within the property sector/commercial property/real estate team.

Key Duties:

  • PA/secretarial support to the Partner and fee earning team of 7.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Diary management and arranging meetings.
  • Booking meeting rooms for clients and events.
  • Processing invoices and expenses which will require excellent attention to detail.
  • Updating Excel and Word templates with new client instructions/projects/requirements.
  • Drafting letters and extensive report writing including building surveys, project budgets, repair reports, photographs and timelines.
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, updating databases, binding and general office duties.
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary, liaising with contractors/suppliers.
  • Assisting PAs across the other offices to ensure all admin projects are completed as a team.
  • Scope to get involved in social media/business development projects using case studies/articles of successful projects to raise brand awareness and client engagement via social media platforms to generate new business.

Ideal candidate:

  • 3 - 5 years Team Secretarial/PA experience
  • Building Consultancy/Property/Legal sector experience with longevity in each role.
  • Audio / digital dictation experience with typing speeds of 50-55 wpm with high accuracy.
  • Extensive complex report writing experience.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel, I.T. savvy.
