Are you a Legal Secretary with experience in either Real Estate or Corporate Law looking for a new challenge? If so, our client, a well-regarded law firm in London, will want to meet with you. They are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. This role provides the opportunity to support and learn from leading experts while delivering quality service to a diverse clientele.

The Real Estate team covers five primary areas, including Core Real Estate, Construction, Residential, and more, engaging in activities from high-value transactions to complex development projects. As a Legal Secretary, you’ll support fee earners and partners in managing essential legal and administrative functions, ensuring every client receives timely and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities include coordinating document production and invoicing, managing finance administration, and handling tasks like electronic filing, document archiving, and appointment scheduling. Your proactive approach will also help maintain strict timelines for filings and search procedures. You’ll have the chance to develop professionally in a supportive environment that values client care and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring solid academic credentials, prior law firm experience in either Real Estate or Corporate matters, excellent time management, and top-tier IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
