Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a current opportunity in Central London.

Hybrid/remote work available after initial training/probation (which will require you in the office full time)

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative led support to clients in the financial services industry.

This is a role that requires strong analytical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Proficient knowledge of Excel is also essential

This role is challenging and rewarding in equal measure and will suit someone who is keen to bring added value to the business through not only their aptitude and experience but also their positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, custodians, settlement administrators, law firms, litigation funders, and other relevant parties involved in this area of group litigation.
  • Understanding and interpreting claims process documentation
  • Identifying, analysing and processing financial transaction records on behalf of clients
  • Generation and filing of clients’ claim across multiple jurisdictions
  • Assisting the senior members of the team with litigation projects

Essential skills and experience

  • Exceptional analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • Detail-orientated: a high degree of accuracy is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities to tight deadlines
  • Proactive, problem-solving and use of initiative
  • Takes responsibility and ownership
  • A client and team-centric approach and friendly professional demeanour
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change, a commitment to continuous improvement
