Are you an experienced Legal secretary with experience within commercial litigation and arbitration and available immediately?

We are looking for a highly experienced temporary litigation legal secretary to provide temporary support to a high flying individual for approximately 3 months.

With an ever expanding inbox this individual will look to bring order to the inbox, organise documents, set up client files, attribute data to associated clients and generally bring a sense of order and organisation to a lawyer who has recently joined the firm.

The individual will have strong IT skills, be a demon filer and organiser , understand the court process, have a cool head and relish the opportunity to bring order to a leading lawyers’ desk.

The individual will be experienced in commercial litigation and arbitration and ideally has experience of either Netdocs or Imanage.

Hybrid role: 3 days in London office and 2 days working from home
