We are seeking to recruit an experienced property secretary / administrator who is diligent, self-motivated and a fast learner.

The successful candidate will be working along aside one of our dedicated property teams and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated with commercial property / property finance such as loan docs using precedents, drafting invoices, organising payments, exchanges and completions and general support of fee earners including some post completion work involving both land registry and companies house.

The successful candidate will be working directly with Partners and other qualified staff.

They will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ general property experience or 1 year in a similar real estate finance role.

They will be able to hit the ground running with variety of duties. Client care is a priority of and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service.
