Real Estate Legal Secretary

Top UK law firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Legal Secretary for their thriving Real Estate team in London.

Real Estate Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of CHAPS and BACs payments
  • Formatting and producing documents and any other relevant documentation
  • Assisting fee-earners with the opening of new files
  • Obtaining title information and submitting SIM/priority searches at the Land Registry and registering applications online
  • Providing and setting up iManage Share portals for clients portal details
  • Carrying out post completion work when required
  • Audio and copy typing and document processing

Real Estate Legal Secretary Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • At least 1 years’ Legal PA experience within a Real Estate / Property department
  • A typing speed of +50wpm
  • Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
