Role Overview: They are seeking a friendly, ambitious remote Legal Secretary to join their busy law firm working across multiple practice groups within the Corporate division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangements
- File management
- On-board clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within a similar role supporting partners and fee earners
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
