My client, one of the TOP TEN law firms in the world, has an excellent opportunity for an immediately available Legal Secretary to prove themselves in their busy Finance team. This is a newly created role, to assist a team of fee earners (including Counsel) with their busy workload.

Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience at Partner level in a similar environment.

Duties

  • Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries
  • Extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Manage inboxes
  • Document processing, creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading, etc.
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Manage the billing process
  • Deal with expenses
