The position requires extensive experience in a US law firm supporting multiple partners and fee-earners.
Candidates must be available to work in the office at least 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
The salary for this role is up to £55,000, depending on experience.

Our top US law firm client is seeking a Legal PA/Secretary on a temporary basis to start ASAP! The team is seeking a candidate with extensive experience in a US Law Firm supporting multiple partners and fee-earners.

This is a float secretary position and you will be required in the office minimum of 4 days a week with 1 from home. The salary for this role up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Duties for this role will include

Diary management
Billing
Organising and managing calendars
Drafting and preparing correspondence
Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
Scheduling client meetings
