Job Title: Trainee Legal Secretary
Location: City Thames Link
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits!
Role Overview: They are seeking a friendly, ambitious Trainee Legal Secretary to join their busy law firm in the heart of London!
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangements
- File management
- On-board clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role or CILEX qualification
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
