One of the most respected law firms in the UK are looking for a highly capable and educated Paralegal to join their London office. This is a very niche/hybrid role, with a blend of fee earning paralegal work, but with a strong focus on AI issues.

Our client is looking for a paralegal who wants to break away from the usual way of working and adopt AI as a vital tool for the business, rather than it being seen as 'too risky'. The successful candidate will be given access to all manner of AI tools and support, working with senior Lawyers and Directors in the team.

Applicants must be highly 'tech savvy' and an early adopter of AI, with a proven track record in this regard.

More generally, to be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Have exemplary academics, including a bare minimum 2:1 LLB and successful completion of the LPC
  • Have a strong and stable career record (bare minimum 12 months, but preferably 2 years' continuous service at a top law firm)
  • Have a strong employment-based legal background, again from a top law firm(s)
  • Have strong organisational and communicative skills (at all levels)
  • A great work ethic

For the right candidate, career progression in the form of a training contract will be offered after a period of exemplary service to the firm. The SQE route may also be considered for the right candidate.

The starting salary for this role is highly competitive.

Only the best applicants can be considered for this potentially lucrative position.
