We are working with a highly rated firm who are seeking a CIPA/CITMA Qualified IP Administrator to join their thriving team on a full-time permanent basis.

For this role, you will ideally have over a years’ experience working in a busy patent administration department and have completed the CIPA/CITMA qualification. This role would suit an individual who is looking to progress their career to the next step within a leading firm in a great location.

Duties within this role would include:

  • Onboarding new cases onto the system.
  • Maintaining existing case records on the system to show the status of each.
  • Acknowledging & preparing correspondence to and from IPOs.
  • Preparing patent and trade mark applications.
  • Liaising with clients where necessary.
