- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering consultative advice on all aspects of our hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics.
- Communicate directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, upsell services when appropriate, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Accurately record control information and ensure timely billing at the end of each month.
- Bright and engaging personality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player with a flexible attitude to meet the evolving needs of the business and our clients.
- Experience in a client-facing or professional services role is desirable but not essential.
- Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Remote work outside of these hours, including weekends, may be required.
