Client Services SpecialistDescription: We are seeking a confident, organized, and hardworking individual to join our Client Services team at our client. The ideal candidate will be eager to build a career with us and become a key, trusted member of our team.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering consultative advice on all aspects of our hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics.
  • Communicate directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, upsell services when appropriate, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Accurately record control information and ensure timely billing at the end of each month.
Requirements:
  • Bright and engaging personality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude to meet the evolving needs of the business and our clients.
  • Experience in a client-facing or professional services role is desirable but not essential.
Hours:
  • Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Remote work outside of these hours, including weekends, may be required.
