The position is based in London with a hybrid working policy, although the company prefers employees to be in the office three days a week.

Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal. Candidates must be able to point to a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation relating to public sector procurement.Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy but would prefer employees to be in the office 3 days per week.Key responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements including, framework agreements, SaaS, software, MSAs, consultancy agreements
Working with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose
Assisting with related commercial and legal issues

The successful candidate will:

A minimum of two experience in drafting, negotiating and managing public sector commercial contracts, and related public sector procurement experience
Have significant experience drafting and negotiating public sector procurement
Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Have a commercial / business outlook to their work
