Commercial Litigation Paralegal
- Researching the establishment and structure of potential clients/claimants.
- Reviewing constitutional documents, relevant statutes and contractual documentation for securities litigation cases.
- Reviewing new cases/judgements relating to securities litigation's claims in England and Wales.
- Ensure any trading data and other legal documentation is reviewed and provided to any third parties as instructed in proceedings.
- Arrange updates on client on-boarding and incurred fees.
- Coordinating the gathering of evidence and the settlement distribution process
