Are you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal looking for a new challenge and opportunity to progress in a reputable and friendly firm with ambitious growth plans?Do you have a strong background in handling commercial property matters? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you to join this law firm based in West London.Responsibilities :
  • You will have responsibility for and will assist in commercial property matters including purchase and sale of freehold commercial property, new leases and lease assignment.
  • You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing your knowledge and experience in this area of law.
  • You will be comfortable to working under minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Completed LPC with commercial property elective
  • Some legal experience of commercial property matters gained from a law firm
