You will have responsibility for and will assist in commercial property matters including purchase and sale of freehold commercial property, new leases and lease assignment.
You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing your knowledge and experience in this area of law.
You will be comfortable to working under minimal supervision

Requirements:

Completed LPC with commercial property elective
Some legal experience of commercial property matters gained from a law firm
