You will have responsibility for and will assist the fee earner in commercial and residential property matters including purchase and sale of freehold residential and commercial property, new leases and lease assignment.
You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing your knowledge and experience in this area of law.
You will be comfortable to working under minimal supervision

Requirements:

At least 18 months' experience of commercial or residential property matters gained from a law firm
