- Provide administrative and legal support to the Senior Partner in managing a portfolio of transactions.
- Core responsibilities include drafting and managing legal documents, conducting research, preparing reports, organising files, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain a high standard of service at all times.
- Offer accurate, up-to-date legal advice tailored to clients’ commercial needs.
- Perform tasks with precision, reliability, and adherence to the company’s quality and risk management procedures.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Stay informed of changes in laws and practices relevant to your areas of work.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paralegal within a Commercial Real Estate team.
- Proficient in handling commercial sales and purchases, leases, option agreements, and commercial refinancing.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
- Sound understanding of Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors Accounts Rules, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in Lexcel and CQS accredited firms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a talent for managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
