A respected law firm in East London are looking for a proactive and skilled Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload and provide legal assistance in both commercial and residential conveyancing matters. In this client-facing role, you will oversee transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Job Title: Commercial Property ParalegalSalary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience and interview performance)Location: East LondonPlease note that this role is full office based.Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Offer legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Carry out comprehensive due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions run smoothly and are completed on time.
Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence as required.
Ensure all transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of transactions and client communications.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
Experience using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
