Description
- Supporting the legal team in preparing and finalising legal documents and contracts
- Performing legal research and presenting findings to the team
- Assisting in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease agreements
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the development of the company's legal strategies
Profile
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum 12 months Commercial Real Estate experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
