- Assisting in the management of planning and commercial property transactions.
- Conducting legal research and documentation review.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicating with clients and other parties to gather and provide information.
- Supporting the team in maintaining legal compliance in all transactions.
- Organising and maintaining files and records.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to case strategies.
- Assisting with other tasks as required by the legal team.
Profile
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A 2:1 law degree minimum
- ABB A Levels minimum
- Knowledge of commercial property law.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
