- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve issues raised in complaints.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on complaints handling.
- Maintain accurate records of all complaints and their outcomes.
- Participate in the review and development of complaints handling policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support the Legal Team in various tasks as required.
Profile
A successful 'Complaints Paralegal' should have:
- An educational background in law or related field.
- Proven experience in handling customer complaints, preferably in the housing sector, or an ombudsman
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
