We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and methodical Complaints Paralegal to join our Customer Services Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complaints with utmost professionalism and providing top-notch legal support.

Description

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve issues raised in complaints.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on complaints handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of all complaints and their outcomes.
  • Participate in the review and development of complaints handling policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Support the Legal Team in various tasks as required.

Profile

A successful 'Complaints Paralegal' should have:

  • An educational background in law or related field.
  • Proven experience in handling customer complaints, preferably in the housing sector, or an ombudsman
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
