Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for conflicts-related queries across the business.

  • Oversee the end-to-end conflicts checking process, escalating issues to management when necessary.

  • Provide expert advice to partners and key stakeholders on conflicts matters.

  • Contribute to the drafting and regular updating of the firm’s conflicts policies and procedures.

  • Support the design and delivery of conflicts training firm-wide.

  • Act as a point of escalation and mentorship for junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a conflicts role within a law firm.

  • Strong understanding of conflicts-related rules and regulations.

  • A degree in law or a related business field.

  • Experience using Intapp Open is highly desirable.
