Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The role will be supporting the firm's critical risk management function by conducting extensive research, analysing corporate structures, and generating conflict reports to ensure compliance with professional conduct rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research and analyse corporate business structures.
  • Review and interpret complex search results for conflict analysis.
  • Generate and follow up on conflict reports.
  • Assist in drafting and revising waiver language.
  • Manage internal conflicts data and maintain client and matter data.
  • Provide training and guidance on conflicts and intake policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a legal conflicts environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in database research (Lexis, Elite/3E, Intapp, or iManage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
