If you have a little conveyancing experience and want a position where you can progress then this position for a Conveyancing Assistant will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing support to a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing cases

- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships

- Setting up new case files on management system and updating as cases progress

- Ordering routine property searches and collating required documentation

- Dealing with post completion and exchange of contract matters

- Creating and amending property related documentation and drafting legal documents
