A very experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant is required to support a busy property department, within a top legal 500 in London.
*A minimum of 2 years, solid Conveyancing experience in a similar role is essential*
Duties will include:
- Solid experience assisting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseloadat all stagesof a transaction.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents in conveyancing transactions.
- Dealing with post-exchange work and able to prepare files for completion.
- Commercial property experience would be an advantage.
- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and able to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and administrative qualities together with good communication, interpersonal and IT skills
Benefits include:
- Salary in the region of 30,000 - 35,000
