- Working on-site Monday-Friday 9.30am-6pm
- Opening and managing files, preparing contract documentation
- Obtaining property related documentation and searches
- Checking post and handling queries by email and telephone, progressing transactions
- Preparing completion statements and handling post completion of files
- Managing all updates and liaising with third parties
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to other departments
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents, including correspondence, briefs and contracts
- Managing calendars and preparing meeting material Â
- Organising and maintaining client files, filing, scanning and copying
- Using a variety of IT systems
- Minimum 1 years’ conveyancing experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, a strong multi-tasker
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and work under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
