Do you have recent conveyancing paralegal experience and are looking to grow your career further? We have a new Paralegal role available based in Finchley, working within a stable and fast-paced team. You will be opening of files, preparing bundles, sending out template letters, as well as scanning and copying. What you'll do:
  • Opening and managing files, preparing contract documentation
  • Obtaining property related documentation and searches
  • Checking post and handling queries by email and telephone, progressing transactions
  • Preparing completion statements and handling post completion of files
  • Managing all updates and liaising with third parties
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to other departments
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents, including correspondence, briefs and contracts
  • Managing calendars and preparing meeting material  
  • Organising and maintaining client files, filing, scanning and copying
  • Using a variety of IT systems
What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 1 years’ conveyancing experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, a strong multi-tasker
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly and work under pressure
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
