My client is a legal 500 law firm, seeking a diligent and motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Central London. The successful candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive support on residential property transactions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors in handling a variety of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases.
  • Conduct property searches and title investigations.
  • Prepare and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Manage and update case management systems accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Handle client enquiries via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support the team in business development and client relationship management.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Residential Property Paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of residential property transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
